Job Specification: Graduate with Excellent communications Skills. 2-3 Years of experience in a Voice Process. Team handling experience of 1 year in an International BPO is a must.  Experience in handling quality will be preferred.
Job Description: Responsible for Managing 10-15 Associates / Sr. Associates. Responsible for process productivity, quality and compliance. Ability to achieve targets and retrain achievers.

Job Specification: Graduate with Excellent communications Skills. Total work experience of 3-5 years in Banking / Insurance. Team handling experience of 1 year in the Banking / Insurance industry in Sales / Collections / Customer Service is a must.

Job Description: Call Audits and Meeting Targets, Giving Feedback, Maintaining and consolidating reports and documentations.
 
Position: Manager Operations (Job Code: MO)

Job Specification: Graduate with Excellent communications Skills. 4-5 Years of experience in a Voice Process. Team handling experience of 2-3 years in an International BPO is a must.  Experience in handling quality, compliance and productivity will be preferred.
Job Description: Responsible for Managing 3-5 Team Coaches. Monitor productivity, quality and compliance of multiple voice processes. Ability to achieve targets and retrain achievers. Responsible for various dashboards, quality checks, SLA. Ability to motivate and guide team.
